Shipping

All products are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take about 5-7 business days, depending on what items were selected at checkout and where the customer is located. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once a tracking number has been sent to the provided email address Live Love Naturals is no longer responsible for any LOST packages. However, we will work with you and the U.S Postal Service to attempt to locate your package, as problems with any package delivery and/or lost packages is essentially U.S. Postal Service, problem.

Refunds And Exchanges

All sales are FINAL. We currently do not accept returns on our Items as they are considered, personal care products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
